The master bedroom has amazing ocean views from the bed! It is very spacious with a dressing area and large master bath with a soaking tub. The second bedroom also has ocean views and plenty of sleeping! There is a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway for convenience. This 3rd floor condo has a cargo lift for luggage and groceries! The ocean front building to the right of this building has a unique feature of offering two large, covered ocean front deck for enjoying the beach and ocean views without getting in the sun and there is another open oceanfront deck on the top level with lounge chairs for enjoying the ocean. Both of these spaces are accessible by elevator and would make a great spot for having happy hour at the ocean without getting sandy! Plenty of parking here with a huge parking lot, basketball hoop, playground and large grassy area! This is a gorgeous community and very well maintained by the HOA! This unit has a new HVAC installed in 2020. Rentals are consistently strong, and the owners use a number of weeks for themselves that you gain you approximately another $7,000 per season in addition to the current rental income. Owners do a great job of self-managing the rental income with consistent bookings; however, I also have a projection from a local management company to take care of it for you! Gross rents are with taxes and therefore the owner rental income is the net to the owner without other management fees. 2023 Rental income was lower due to a change in the booking platform during the high booking season and owner use.
